What is happening now
As the demolition progresses into the basements and removal of the basement floor slabs and walls commence you may experience greater levels of vibration and noise transfer through the building structures into your office space. This is perfectly normal and is not a risk to you or your office. All the buildings surrounding the site are monitored daily to ensure no abnormal movement occurs. Cantillon will continue to observe the agreed noisy working times:
Monday to Friday: 7:30-10am, 12-2pm and 4:30-6pm Saturday: 9am-1pm.
What happens next
Closure of Grange Court 28 March – 22 April 2016
In order to complete the final element of services diversions works the section of Grange Court between St Clements Lane and Clements Inn Passage will be closed between 28 March - 22 April 2016.
This closure will mean that all access to and from the Towers will be via the Aldwych for this period.
